Leonard Hall has over has over 30 years of extensive legal experience including but not limited to: probate, probate litigation, trust, trust litigation, real estate transactions, real estate problems, easements, Board of Tax Appeals, contracts/agreements, zoning, appraisal, and other related areas.
In 2013, 2014, and 2015, Leonard has been selected as Super Lawyers in the Kansas City area and Top Attorneys in Missouri and Kansas as published in the KC Magazine in the area of probate law and probate litigation
Leonard has been legal counsel for several non-profit organizations. Leonard has substantial litigation experiences appearing before the Johnson County District Court in a number of cases every year and before the Kansas Court of Appeals and Kansas Supreme Court.
Lectures and Written Articles: Leonard has been a well-known lecturer in continuing education courses for attorneys in different areas, including: Probate, Trust, Real Estate Development From Beginning to End in Kansas; Law of Easements in Kansas; Public Easement; Drafting Survey and Problems Relating to Easements; Real Estate Transactions; Municipal Court; and other subjects. Leonard has written over 30 articles for the Johnson County Bar Association Barletter.
Leonard graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 1979.
